Moving on from the extremely famous and popular Chat On messaging app that used to come preloaded on Samsung budget handsets, Samsung has released another messaging app. “Socializer Messenger App” is based on the open source Telegram Messenger, building up upon it to add features like unified chatting and gaming from within the chat app.
