HTC 10 Promo Video Leaks One Last Time

The HTC 10 has leaked so many times up till now, it might as well just be released and get done with. We have seen the phone in every angle, live images or otherwise. Here’s one last set of leaks before the phone’s launch event tomorrow:

This is a leak of the promotional video of the HTC 10, likely to be used in tomorrow’s presentation. The video focuses a fair bit on the chamfer of the phone, so it is likely that HTC will play up the design aspect of the device in order to appeal to the nay-sayers of HTC’s previous flagships. So far, there’s a division in opinion as there’s no unanimity in whether HTC’s migration from the One design to this was a good idea.

Also to note is that HTC does not attempt to hide the black trim around the display. They did not manipulate the device’s imagery in order to attract more eyeballs. Massive respect to HTC for keeping its promotion material true to the actual device (from what we know so far). This is something that we hope more OEMs emulate, just so that promotions return back to being representative of the product instead of being just deception clever marketing tricks.

The HTC 10 is scheduled to launch tomorrow, 12th April 2016 at 8pm Taipei Time (8am ET/12 noon GMT). Stay tuned for our coverage and opinions on the HTC 10!
